Dachi Studio («Dachi», «we» or «the Controller”), based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and reachable at hola@dachistudio.com and +52 332 329 1071, is responsible for processing your personal data. This notice applies to our web development, hosting and site maintenance services.

01 Data we collect

We may collect the following personal data:

• Contact data: name, email, phone and the information you send through the contact form or by writing to us (message, service of interest, current website).
• Client data: billing details, hosting access credentials and the information needed to deliver the contracted service.
• Browsing data: technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site, obtained through cookies and Google Analytics (only if you accept their use).

02 Purposes

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Primary purposes: respond to your quote requests, enter into and perform service contracts, provide support, invoice and comply with legal obligations.
• Secondary purposes: send you information about our services, improve the site and measure its use. If you don't want these, you can opt out from the start by writing to us, without affecting the service you receive.

03 Data transfers

We do not sell your data. We may share it, only when necessary, with:

• Providers that help us run the site and deliver the service (hosting, email and form tools), under confidentiality agreements.
• Google (Analytics), if you accept cookies, according to its privacy policies.
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

04 ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, rectify, Cancel or Oppose to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send a request to hola@dachistudio.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data involved. We'll respond within the periods established by law.

05 Cookies and analytics

We use first- and third-party cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. They're only installed if you give consent through the cookie notice; you can reject them and no analytics cookie will be set. You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or alteration. No system is 100% secure, but we keep industry-standard measures up to date.
